All drivers must be 21 years or older. Drivers under 21 may be subject to an additional fee.
Required documents:

Only approved and registered drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle.
Once documents are verified, we’ll provide a rental quotation outlining:

Total rental cost

Refundable security deposit (varies by vehicle)

Under-age driver fee (if applicable)
An advance payment is required to secure your booking.

In some cases, the security deposit may be paid at vehicle handover by prior agreement.
Once the advance payment is received:

The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time will be eligible for a partial refund.
Before handover:
- Full rental balance + refundable deposit must be paid
- Vehicle condition is inspected and documented
- Fuel level is recorded
Customer receives vehicle keys
Vehicle must be operated responsibly:
- No smoking
- No illegal goods
- No speeding
Rental extensions:
- Must be requested at least 1 day in advance
- Subject to availability and additional charges
Vehicle must be returned:
- With fuel at the same level
- Clean
Final inspection conducted:
- Any damages, traffic tickets, or violations are assessed
- Costs deducted from the deposit if applicable
Rental Requirements
- Drivers under the age of 21 may need to pay an extra fee
- Only listed drivers may operate the vehicle.
- Provide a valid Driver’s License AND National ID or Passport.
- An advance payment is required to reserve the vehicle. The deposit can be paid upon handover.
- Pay via MMG, bank transfer, or cash.
- Full rental payment and a refundable deposit are required before handover (deposit varies by vehicle).
Rental Policies
CANCELLATIONS & EARLY RETURNS
- Cancellations made after the rental period has commenced or within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a partial refund for unused full rental days only.
- No refunds will be issued for unused hours or same-day early returns.
- All refunds are subject to inspection of the vehicle and deduction of any applicable fees, damages, or penalties.
EXTENSIONS
- Requests to extend the rental period must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
VEHICLE USE & RETURN CONDITIONS
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the rental.
- No smoking or transportation of illegal goods is permitted in the vehicle.
- Speeding or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
- Any damages, traffic violations, or tickets incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit.
- The vehicle must be returned clean; cleaning fees may apply if returned dirty.
Terms & Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND DAMAGE
- The Driver shall be responsible for the daily care, upkeep, and maintenance of the Vehicle.
- The Driver shall not alter, change, or replace any part of the Vehicle without the prior written consent of the Owner or any agent or person authorized by the Owner.
- The Driver shall be responsible for any scratches and/or dents incurred during the use of the Vehicle. The scope and method of such repairs shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any such repairs.
- The Driver shall maintain the Vehicle’s interior and exterior in the same condition as it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
- In the event of an accident, the Driver shall bear full responsibility for repairing any damages.
- The fuel level in the vehicle at the time of return shall be no less than the fuel level provided at the commencement of this Agreement.
LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS RESULTING IN FATALITIES
- In the event of an accident involving the Vehicle that results in a fatality, the Driver shall assume full responsibility for any and all legal charges, claims, and liabilities arising from or in connection with such accident, including but not limited to criminal charges, civil claims, and any associated legal costs.
THE DRIVER AGREES AS FOLLOWS:
- The Driver shall not allow any unauthorized individual to operate the Vehicle without the prior written consent of the Owner. For the avoidance of doubt, the only authorized driver is the individual expressly named in the Parties clause of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Owner in writing at their sole discretion.
- The Driver shall not operate the Vehicle while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substance that may impair their ability to drive, irrespective of the quantity consumed. The Driver is also prohibited from driving while in a state of drowsiness or fatigue that could affect safe operation of the Vehicle.
- The Driver shall not use the Vehicle for any illegal, unlawful, or improper purpose.
- The Driver shall not operate or take the Vehicle beyond the jurisdiction of Guyana.
- The Driver shall not operate the Vehicle in excess of posted speed limits or in violation of any applicable traffic laws. Any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from speeding or other traffic infractions during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the Driver.
DEMAND AND REPOSSESSION
- If there is a breach of this Agreement by the Driver, the Driver must return the Vehicle upon demand by the Owner. Additionally, the Owner reserves the right to repossess the Vehicle in the event of any breach of this Agreement.
